Tiny Homes (New!)
The tiny-house movement is an architectural and social movement that advocates living simply in small homes. 2018 International Residential Code, Appendix Q Tiny Houses defines a tiny house. However, a residential structure under 37 m² is generally considered a tiny home. Focus Homes can help design a minimal dwelling for you!

Many families and individuals already own land on which they would like to build their custom Focus Home. It may be a parcel or home site that has recently been purchased, been in your ownership for some time, or that has been “cut away” from other family land (this is very common with farms that have been converted into residential property).
Whatever your situation, the experts at Focus Homes are here to help at the level you desire. Some families prefer to prepare the land ready for a home to be built. This may include clearing the property, having a well and septic tank installed (if applicable), having electricity run to the future home location and other such activities. Others prefer a completely “turn key” project where Focus Homes manages all aspects of the entire project from the “raw dirt” to move in day. What is your project preference?
